Is there any way to get Rebubbled Level Editor back?

Recently, my computer had a bug, where I couldn't start up the computer. I had to "restart" my computer, loosing everything on it.
Now since there's no "account" attached to the level editor, is there any way I can get it back on my new computer without having to buy it again?

Forward Kreso (the author of the game AND the level editor) your e-mail contents that you received when you purchased the level editor along with a few details why you would want it again (you can really redirect him to this post).

Also, a simple restart cannot lose everything from your computer. I MAY be able to help you without getting Kreso involved
